And it’s from a gentlemen all you hep boys and hip girls might remember. We interviewed Mr. Drew Edwards not long ago. Earlier today he e-mailed me a tattoo that all of you can agree is “ghoul…way ghoul!”
This is what Drew had to say about his body art!
Hey Bunny,
I thought I’d throw my hat in the ring. I actually got this done on Friday the 13th. It was done by Cheryl Lovecock, at Textures here in Austin Texas. As you might guess, I love the “Friday the 13th” film series and wanted to reflect that with the tattoo. But there’s a lot of “Jason” tats out there. Most of them end up kind of looking the same. So the artist and myself combined traditional “skull & crossbones” style imagery to come up with this. Hope ya’ll dig it!
Thanks,
Drew
Back at ya, you groovy ghouly! What a nice kick off to “Tattoo Profile!” Please send us your ink and your stories to flapperbimbo@hotmail.com!
