I asked our glamourous Dutch singer Sue Moreno about the also glamourous American Marti Brom.

I think Martí Brom is a great singer with a great vocal range and a captivating (stage) personality. And a sweet gal too 😉
I love the Southern swirl in her voice, (we both lived in St Louis once!) and love the way she treats those country songs. (also the traditional recordings she did with the Cornell Hurd Band).
She makes every song her own, and really knows how to put it across, and she can rock.
Every now and then people come up to me that I remind them of Martí, and I definitely take that as a compliment.
I like all of her recordings, but if I have to make a selection of the songs that are on MySpace, I will pick ‘Blue Tattoo’, because that is on the first CD I ever heard of her, and it is a song that stays in your head.
